This policy explains what information matthewgmartinez.com collects, how it's used and the choices you have. The site is operated by Matthew G. Martinez, and engagements are contracted through M2 Ventures.

What information does the site collect?

Information you send. When you use the contact form, the site collects your name, email address, company, the type of inquiry, your message and, if you choose, your company size and timeline.

Usage information. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how pages are used. It records aggregate information such as pages viewed, referring sites, browser type and country. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites.

Security checks. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and device to confirm that a person, not an automated program, is submitting the form.

How is the information used?

Information you send is used only to reply to your inquiry, to discuss a possible engagement and to keep a record of our correspondence. It isn't sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing.

Where is the information stored?

Form submissions are stored in HubSpot, the customer relationship management system used by M2 Ventures. The site itself is hosted by Cloudflare. Each provider processes information under its own privacy and security terms.

How long is it kept?

Inquiries are kept for as long as they're needed to respond to you and to maintain a business record, and are deleted when they're no longer needed.

What are your choices?

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent by emailing matthew@m2ventures.us. You can also ask to stop receiving any follow-up messages at any time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
